The ad has a picture of S2 even though it states that Season 1 is on sale. Although, I tricked the cashier into thinking it was ringing up wrong. Best deal I got today. Worth a try if you haven't stopped by there yet.

It's not wholly unreasonable. At all.

No, if you look at the Weely Ad online it says:
TV shows blowout sale
save $10– $37
12.99
each
thru Nov 25
In-store only.
Take a printout, as I tried to get South Park Season 8 yesterday, and was told it was part of the 6 hr promo, which again the ad says different. Also, the print out has a nice picture of House S2 and no small print referring to S1!

I PM'd S2 at WM, and S1 at BB today... No hassle at BB, but WM called like 3 managers before they let me do it. BB even let me use BB bucks, unlike yesterday when they would not...

Thanks OP. It took 5 Wal-Marts, but I finally found a copy of House S2, and after some convincing, I got my copy for $12.99. Unfortunately, they didn't have S1...I was telling them it was blue, but they probably thought I was making it up. Anyway, they gave in eventually. Great deal.

Ditto Mega . . . PM'd Season 1 at Meijer's on Friday night (they didn't have Season 2) in addition to having them price adjust the newest Family Guy that I had just bought 2 days before for $24.99 (to $15). Then went to Best Buy and bought Season 2 for $48.99 (they were out of Season 1) and My Name is Earl for $19.99 (Meijer's ad $15). Went back today and got $48 and some change back . . . net price for House S2 $9.39, Earl $14.50. Neither place balked at the picture and the text not matching . . . they assumed as I did -- the ad meant both.
Although while I was PMing at Best Buy, they guy doing it was very nice and very friendly (odd . . . ) but the guy next to him was trying to be sly and kept mumbling "tell him it's the 6-hour sale" 3 or 4 times. Finally the guy waiting on me turned on his blue-shirted cohort and said "Shut the f!@k up, it says right here "2 DAYS, Friday and Saturday." I was LMAO.

And here, there isn't even that, so there's not really justification at all for considering that "stealing."
(and of course as you are pointing out, even further, it's not a wild exception for just this series even)

The Circuit City in Michigan, that is close to me, the only one for miles and miles, refused to do it on Black Friday or on 11/25, even with the print-out, Meijer wouldn't price match, nor would Best Buy or Wal Mart so I'm going through a very hectic and drawn out dispute with the Circuit City online costumer service people, hoping to get this deal for Season 2.
