better than the 20% off unless you're buying 1 set that's over $50....
it's reusable, and now you can track purchase history on google checkout, or maybe i just noticed it... but it seems like its getting more user friendly...

Dang, was waiting to use this on a few titles, but those are now OOS and makes the coupon invalid.
HERZOG/Kinski is only 23$ now for whoever didn't blow 33$ on it at the ddd sale

When you checkout like normal and enter the code, the only options are paypal and credit card....
So, i don't see how they could stack.... if we could get a way to get them to stack... i think i might drop close to $1000 in $30 orders

Mark said originally he was not going to activate the GCO coupon until after the 20% sale because google could not handle both promos at one time. I guess after some talk in the other thread he decided to just let the customer choose the sale he wanted for each order. I am off to buy more stuff.

Might be time to finally get Seven Samurai (for $22.47).
...but, will there be a new boxset when Sanjuro and Yojimbo are re-issued in January? And what's the deal with Hidden Fortress?

I haven't set up a google account yet, but I guess it only allows you to pay through a credit card, right? I have tons of store credit at dvdplanet, but I'm assuming using google checkout wouldn't allow me to apply that, correct?

i just discovere that if you get a $40 Criterion an a $15 Fox Film Noir (list prices), it comes to $26 after the discount! That's like getting the criterion for $20 and the fox for $6. or $19 and 7, or whatever.. sounds like a sweet deal to me!

ok. went a little crazy.. here is what I ordered.
Rififi Criterion, Gay Divorcee - $23.
Testament of Dr. Mabuse (Criterion), 14 hours - $26
Preston Sturges Collection - $32
Pretty happy. Btw- I have read reviews of the Sturges collection. The A/V from Lady Eve and Sullivan's travels seems to be IDENTICAL to the Criterion ones - sans supplements, of course. So if you don't care about supplements, or if you have the Criterions and doubt you will watch/hear those supplements again, this is a great deal. I'm gonna sell my Sturges Criterions and Palm Beach Story - probably will get more than enough to cover this entire set! Just something to think about.
