Anyone else having problems in the secure section or is it just my crappy computer? I can get into the site but when I tried ordering The Green Mile, I got to the "Place Order" phase, clicked the button and it just sat there for 5-minutes "Waiting" to connect to the next page... Nothing happened. I didn't want to click that button again since they might then send me two copies. I then tried going into my Order Status page and that wouldn't load either.

Like I said, it could just be my computer but I wanted to see if anyone else is having problems.

Their site seems on the verge of complete failure. I would imagine that they're trying to keep things patched together until after the sale, when they can afford to go offline for a day or two.

Well, it seems to be working now, but I think I'll wait to reorder until late tomorrow just to make sure the Green Mile one didn't go through. I like DDD but it seems like a pain in the ass to cancel something in time before it's being "processed" (based on posts, haven't had to do it yet).

Yes!!!! My order has shipped even though I received no order confirmation or a shipping notice. Even the 3 DVD's I preordered for next Tuesday that are not included in the sale have shipped!!!

The 7th season is a big drop from the others, but if you love the show half as much as I do, you'll have to get that too. I think the first season is still the best, but it all adds up to one of the greatest TV shows ever. I would recommend this show to anyone.

it's the same exact transfer except the 2-disc version has 2 featurettes that the single disc does not have: "the directors: wes craven" and "looking back at 'the hills have eyes' (documentary)"

i'd say stick with the single disc version unless you're obsessed with the movie.

When did you place your order on Tuesday? I did it at 12:20 AM or so, right as the preorders became in stock items.

I have this problem when using Explorer 5.2 for Macintosh. In my case, the order has always gone through, so you may want to wait a bit before reordering. When I use the Safari browser, the hang-up doesn't happen.

Well, I found it cheaper at Costco anyways so if I do see it in there, I'll try the 1-800 number and try canceling it. Edit: Just checked and it's still in my shopping cart, so I guess it didn't go through.



My copy Old Boy is still "In Process" and I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail either... I guess it'll ship soon (hopefully). I ordered mine around 12:40 am EST.
