Interesting that the PS3 gets 26 minimum per store and the Wii only 15. I wonder if BB got a larger portion of the PS3 pie from Sony or if they're just playing it safe with their Wii numbers.

Other than the cash outlay to consider (2 major game systems in one week), all 3 majors seem to be hedging their bets with the PS3. To me and those I talk to think that the Wii will be at least as big a bombshell as the PS3 (and perhaps bigger).

I think that they are indeed playing it safe with the Wii.

I believe the Wii will be a big seller. For one, because it is so innovative, with the way you play the games. Second, the price is MUCH cheaper than a PS3. On top of this, the Wii is supposed to launch with more than twice the number of units than the PS3.

Plus, the PS3 is a couple of new, unproven technologies, with the Cell Processor and the Blu-Ray player. I can imagine that there are going to be quite a few quality issues with, at least, the first batch of PS3 units to market.

It's Wii for me. I'm just going to have to wait until after Christmas. Then, I'm all over Wii!
