Looks like the upcoming Criterions have gone up. Anyone know if there are coupons for February anywhere to be found? For some reason I no longer recieve the coupon emails direct from DVD Planet / Digital Eyes. Mark if your around, is there any way to remedy this and recieve the emails again?

I think he might mean that they've come off the pre-order list and can now be ordered for delivery. The CC prices are still 35% off MSRP so the prices haven't changed. I was able to order Bicycle Thieves yesterday using a new Google account to take advantage of the $10 off.

I've ordered several used dvds within the last week that only had 1 copy available, and they're still showing up as available to buy.

Has anyone had problems with getting a reply email from DVD Planet? i sent an email over a week ago about an order that has been stuck in "In Process" state (whatever that means?) since placing the order, and i cant seem to get a reply from DVD Planet about it..

Forget about the e-mail and call them instead. I'll bet that your order shipped days ago, especially if you used Google Checkout which seems to screw up the notification process (at least it did for my earliest orders).

on the February2007 $5 coupon, make sure there are no spaces between the y and 7. I cut & pasted, got an error, then redid w/o the space and it was accepted.

I just called and that joined the accounts no problem. The whole phone call took less than 3 minutes. Kudos to DVDplanets customer service!

How long to order cancellations usually take for DVD Planet? I placed an order via GCO for the Evil Dead 1 + 2 Book of the Dead set. I bought 2 (one for me and one for my brother) but I didn't realize the Buy 1, Get 1 didn't take affect on the order (guess because it was the same item). I canceled the order via Google's email thing seconds later.

This was 2/13 and I still have the charge on my debit card and no updated status or word from DVD Planet over it. I don't want to be stuck paying for return shipping fees on something that should've been canceled right after the order went through...

And yes I realize I'm stupid for not reading that same items don't apply for the B1G1. :p

It might be too late because if it was in stock, it likely has shipped. You should call DVDPlanet ASAP and check the status. They say on their website to call to cancel an order and DVDPlanet does not seem to read nor respond to any of my e-mails.

With the $7 off of $75 coupon, the Criterion Cassavetes set is $74.12. I used a $5 credit to take it down to $69.12, which is a steal for five films and a bonus disc.

When will the Blu-ray discs of Behind Enemy Lines, Stargate, and Kingdom of Heaven be added? Also I'm just curious, why does it take longer for some retailers to get certain discs which have been available for some time on other sites?
