That has been the stated policy in the past. They price matched some items last year because people were whining.

Yes, and please don't anyone repeat that. It was sort of embarrassing so many people came out and started asking for x to be price-matched. Twenty percent off is plenty as it is. Let's not get greedy.

I think this has been asked or discussed before and mentioned every sale, but is there any particular reason why they don't offer the option of holding the order until complete, as some online stores do?
