Anyone know how DDD is about OOS items?

I've always gotten my out of stock items. One did take like a month after their 20% off sale.

Here has been my experience with DDD and limited editions. I ordered Radiohead's Hail to the Thief from DDCD and the disc was scratched. It was the le map version. When I contacted them, they told me they wouldn't be getting more in. Same with an Iron Maiden box set I ordered. I had to get the disc replaced from Sony corporate, and even that took quite some time.

Past experience with DDD and box sets is not good. They will not ship a replacement prior to receiving the original back. By the time that happens, they may be out of stock. So the moral of the story is, they should get more in, but if you have a problem, it might take some time to get it resolved...
