If they shipped you the wrong item then they will e-mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label if you call their CS line. First you should probably send them notice through Google checkout that you want to return your DVD by selecting the "dissatisfied with order" option from the drop down choices.

Well, I ordered Nip/Tuck Season 3 on October 1, and for some reason it immediately went to "backorder."

I thought that was really odd, especially since it was just released a couple of weeks prior. So, I e-mailed Buy.com to make sure it wasn't a mistake.

They e-mailed me back and said that the DVD is a pre-order and isn't coming out until December 12. What?!?! The DVD came out at the end of August!

So sure enough, I went onto BUY.com and they are now listing the 3rd season of Nip/Tuck as coming out on December 12.

VERY strange. It was released in August! What gives?!?

I don't know if I should just cancel my order now.... I hate how Google charged my credit card immediately.

oh the tragedy! there are plenty of books and sticker sets for $1.50. that is the cheapest i have found that support the free shipping (though not all of them do). i would say search for dinosaurs, pirates, or christmas and you're bound to come up with something cheap.
