Buy.com Fox TV Sale

Buy.com has a sale on some Fox TV titles. Some decent deals. For example:

Arrested Development - Season 3 $16.99
V - Complete TV Series $22.19

Any order over $25 has free budget shipping (excluding pre-orders).

might have to pick up all 3 seasons of 'Millennium at $22.99.

I know that Best Buy have the first 2 seasons for $19.99, but I don't have time to get to a store and factoring in shipping this will be just as cheap. I hope it's still running on Monday when I get back from the beach.

What do you guys think about the price on Millennium Season 3 set? All I need is the third season to finish it off. Since shipping would kill this deal for me, do you think local stores will soon drop that price too? (not to mention Amazon has tempted me with that exact price after the Goldbox and A9 discounts

Hard to say, but I'm gonna hold off. I thought a bunch of these season sets (Roswell, Millennium, Angel, etc) were going to get price drops in the near future. That's why I thought BB had the Roswell sets on sale last week, and the Millennium this week. Puzzling why they didn't include S3 though.

That being said, I'm holding off buying S3 until I see it for $20 or less. I figure someone should run a sale on it soon, or maybe it'll show up at Costco or Sam's.

Doogie Howser seems good for 13.99. Does that series hold up at all?

Thanks! Just ordered Arrested Development for $16.99 and Pretender S4 for $22.99! Saved $4 over Amazon's price on Arrested Development.

I really want Arrested Development S3, but just can't find anything to go with it yet for free shipping! Agrrrhhh!

Already got Titus S3 for the hubby for Christmas or I'd get that.

Anybody know why Seasons 2 and 3 of Grounded for Life are available but not Season 1?

The hubby and I already agreed to wait until prices dropped for My Name is Earl and Desperate Housewives S2. We have too many things to watch anyway! No need to rush getting these.

Guess I'll probably throw in a couple more of his Twilight Zones to bump up the total.

Three's Company S7 for $14.99 seems like a good deal, but I already bought mine for $17.99 locally so it's a moot point for me. Nothing else was even remotely tempting at those prices. Buy.com also has a B2G1F making the 3 titles $8 effectively each. Except for recent releases (which are not included), $8 for a single DVD is too much for my cheapness.

Amazon will most likely have this for $19.99 next week. Amazon has been matching the weekly sales of Best Buy as of late and BB will have this set on sale for $19.99 next week.

EDIT: I was mistaken about Season 3. See post #14.

Not doubting, but just asking where you got this info since speedy's advanced ad postings don't show this.

You're right, my bad. The Millennium sale at BB is for Seasons 1 and 2, not 3. The sale is also on right now and ends on Saturday. I would still check Amazon this weekend. They usually match BB's prices at the end of the sales window and hopefully they'll throw Season 3 into the mix.

Thanks, I missed it the first time somehow.

The hubby decided he'd go for another volume of his Twilight Zone's at $9.88 so that pushed me up the the needed $25.
