Is the Astri Boy set the one with the extra episode? I remember there was 2 box sets and one was better than the other. But i dont know which was which.

Also is Virus Buster any good? I've been wanting to get it for some time. Cause the guy that worked one this also worked on Fatal Fury. But never really read anything if it was any good.

I ordered the Gundam Wing Set. I spent the extra three dollars for next day delivery. Hopefully that'll mean if they actually have any I'll get mine shipped ASAP before they sell out.

I did get in on the Saniako set when they sold that for twenty-ish and it listed for $80.

The Astro Boy set (1980) is 8-Disc and contains 51 episodes.

- Spoken Languages: English, Japanese, English subtitles

There is another older Astro Boy series originated from 1963; there are 2 boxset releses for this series however it's English dubbed only.


As for Virus Buster, I have never seen it, but the reviews are rather below average: AOD Review & ANN Review.

Thanks for reminding me about DVD Planet(I always seem to forget that they are connected with DDD). DVD Planet actually has cheaper prices than DDD on some items(Evil Dead 2 is $19.99 at DVD Planet, it's $23.99 at DDD). DVD Planet also has coupons to sweeten the deal-

EDIT: DVD Planet is also higher than DDD on some items. For example, the Hunter sets are $23.95 at DVD Planet whereas they are $17.99 at DDD. You just have to compare the two sites to see what works out to be the best deal.

For the time being. I would imagine that we'll see a box set of all 7 DVDs from the second season in the near future. DDD has the box set of season 1 up for preorder. The price is $60, which means that it will be $48 during the next sale. I would imagine a box set for season 2 would be similarly priced. Even though it's tough to pass on a good, current deal, I'm going to hold off for the eventual box set(hopefully it'll be out for the June '07 sale).

Wow, thanks for posting that, SBJ. I was considering buying all the LEs, but it's just not monetarily feasible at this point. I wouldn't mind just buying both of the box sets in the future, even if they are bricks or something. That makes me happy. Okay, time for bed!

I hope this actually goes through!

I also tested the coupon just to see if it will work the second time, but it didn't work.
The coupon is perhaps a one-time use/per account only or they have corrected the error already!

You're toogreat, toogood! I got Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi Volumes 1 and 2(I have two different Overstock accounts) for $6.26 each. I just got Volume 3 from the BB kiosk(thank you very much WTK) for $12.48 shipped. If this deal goes through, I'll have the 12 episode series for just $25 even. If they cancel(which is likely since this deal is now on FW), hopefully they'll give out $5 apology coupons.
