Hmmm...I made three pre-orders.
I wonder if they will come through or not. |
I only made one preorder, The Wizard for $5.35 shipped. Everything else I ordered was in stock.

Damn, they are expensive I couldn't find a deal until a little while ago, and the $10off is dead now. Oh well, all I could find was a pre-order and they probably would have cancelled that anyway.

My five in-stock single DVD orders have all been sent to the warehouse. Three orders that I combined with giftcard purchases to generate charges greater than $0.00 are still "processing".
I won't mind if all get canceled, but I hope a couple of the go through. |

I have yet to receive an order confirmation on anything. I placed all my orders before lunch. Current status on all orders is "Processing". It will be interesting to see if anything actually gets shipped. -popcorn-

My order was cancelled which I understand. But I hate that they lie about it which one would think the credit card companies wouldn't appreciate stating attempted charges were refused.
We are unable to process your order #xxx as we could not obtain authorization from your credit card company for the charge. It's possible that we were unable to obtain authorization because we have inaccurate credit card information or that sufficient funds to process the order were not available at the time the order was placed. |
Well, my Veronica Mars order has been cancelled. This was my first order, so I'm sure that it's just a matter of time until my other two orders gets the axe.:(
EDIT: And the boot has now dropped on my other two orders. |

Oh well, at least I got two books shipped out of this.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just noticed that they also shipped my order for Friday (DVD). |
All of my pre-orders have been cancelled. I did have 2 books ship, which actually was the LAST order I placed out of 6 orders (3 accounts, 2 orders per account). I have one DVD that still says "Sent to Warehouse" but I'm sure they'll cancel it before it ships...

After looking over everything, the only orders of mine that were canceled were the pre-orders and the ones that went into negative.

They canceled my orders that had a negative total, whereas my other orders for "in-stock" items are still listed "sent to warehouse." So far, it looks like only orders with negative totals and pre-orders are getting canceled.
Also, stop picking on Jackson2006. I called to alert FYE about their error long before he did. |
SFranke, that's exactly what I've noticed. Every single item that changed over to "sent to warehouse" are either still listed the same way or they have been shipped to me.

2 of my orders are still "Sent to Warehosue", the other 5 were cancelled.
