I'm still waiting on my V for Vendetta. Anyone else? I wonder if they're waiting to ship them after Sept. 14th, which is when the rebate expires, to make up for their error?

I just got 6 e-mails from FYE telling me that they are out of stock on 6 of my 7 "Sent to Warehouse" items. The only one I didn't get an e-mail about? V for Vendetta. Hmm, interesting.

I placed an order for 1 disc (Victory) soon after the OP posted this deal. Heard nothing so I assumed my order didn't register or process or whatever. Got an email today stating Victory was still on backorder and it would ship when it arrives. Bizarre system they have there at FYE.

The thing is, I best most of these items (the ones they are "looking for") show "In Stock" on their product page.

I got the 'out of stock - working hard' emails too on my two pending orders...

Just got my second "out of stock, working hard" email for my order of a recent cd which shows in stock on the site. Of course they offer to cancel for me. Something definitely stinks here. I'm firing off an email with little hope of getting back a reasonable reply. It will stay on order for as long as they wish to keep it there.

Hate to break it to everyone, but I just got a cancellation notice for my V for Vendetta 2-disc. The email said something about the supplier no longer providing it. *cough* bulls#!t *cough*. I guess they couldn't own up to the fact that they made a mistake. Guess that's the last time I buy from them.

I just got 6 more e-mails telling me that their items aren't in stock, which is obviously B.S. Just like every other time, it's about all 7 items "Sent to Warehouse" except for V for Vendetta 2-disc. I wish they would just take the loss and ship me my items.

I also got the emails once again. :lol:

I hate it for em, but they're going to have to cancel my orders before I ever do.

I don't think they'll ever ship but I want to be as much of a PITA as possible at this point...

I only ordered a single CD with the coupon (one which is readily available) and they still haven't filled the order (I also got another email yesterday). I sent them an email asking why its listed as "In Stock" on their website - no reply yet.

Ditto on the emails.

I just received the reply to my email - they cancelled my order! They said its no longer available but it still shows "In Stock" on their website. Thats the last time I order from FYE.

Fuck FYE.

I can't believe it. My second and final order came in the mail today! I never received any emails about cancellations - the order had just hung there. I finally emailed them again about it a few weeks ago, and got back and email that they would re-enter the order into the system and cancel the old order.

Then today it shows up in the mail. I checked my credit card and they only charged me the $2.07 that was the order total. Unbelievable.
