All sorts of Superman titles, but the best bargains appear to be the box sets of the various TV shows (<i>Adventures of Superman S2</i> for example, is even cheaper than during the 20% sale).

Hmm... This seems more like a price drop.

Amazon, Buy.com, Best Buy and Overstock have all the TV shows for about the same price (those are actually a little cheaper if you don't get taxed/shipping).

All the $12.98 stuff is posters.

Half a page of DVDs & 3 1/2 pages of posters. What a waste!

My walmart had ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN-1ST SEASON for $14.44 but its probably YMMV

I agree. A site that gets 99% percent of it's revenues from dvds and they post a sale where posters outnumber the dvds. What gives?

Do not Buy any Superman Movies. The new remaster 2 DIsc version coming soon later this year (Around time Super Man Return release on dvd)

Well, I can see their point in this case. If they're going to do a 'Superman' sale, why not include some actual Superman titles instead of just a bunch of posters. Where's the Superman Animated Series Season 1, 2, or 3. Or hell, even Justice League Season 1 or 2. Or even the current 1-disk Superman films and the boxset. Or any of the other Superman related titles that they carry. Hell, even Superfriends and Krypto the Superdog could be included. It's Deep Discount DVD, not Deep Discount Posters.

This isn't much of a sale. Those ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN Vol. 1 and 2 sets have been $19.98 at Amazon and Tower for over a month.
