It's not a great price, but they do have this OOP title in stock. I just ordered a copy.

I was half expecting this to be a glitch in Amazon's inventory system, but I just recieved my copy. Too bad Amazon didn't have the OOP Criterion Hitchcocks, too.

They had Notorious a few weeks ago, but are now OOS. I always keep checking them. Sometimes they get OOP stuff in at random.

I just picked up a new copy of Straw Dogs for 24.99 from my local Newbury Comics. THey only had a couple of copies, but it was part of there overall Criterion sale.
