2 Disc Special Editions at Target for $12.99, Cheaper Than DDD 20% OFF PRICE
 

Your local stores might vary, and I don't know what all titles are there at that price...but I was at my local target the other day and noticed that in the regular DVD section with all the regular catalog titles, not in any special sale area, there were a number of great 2 Disc DVDs for only $12.99.

The 3 that I can absolutely confirm that I saw (though there's probably more) are:

Se7en (2 Disc New Line Platinum Series)
Unforgiven (2 Disc Warner Bros. SE)
True Romance (2 Disc Unrated Director's Cut)


If I didn't have all of those already, I would have grabbed them all for that price. All of those titles are about $20 or more most places, even on DeepdiscountDVD. Even after the DDD 20% OFF sale, Target has the best price on those titles and probably some more like them. If you're looking for some older 2 Disc SE's I'd check target before placing a DDD order for them.

Still $9.99 at Sam's as of yesterday.

Yeah, Sam's has a bunch of great deals lately too.

I got the Steve McQueen Essential Box Set and Warner Bros. Film Noir Volume 1 Box Set for $20 each the other day. They also had Patton for about $11 and Ronin SE and Plattoon SE for about $14, the cheapest I've seen anywhere.

Then of course there's this one:

Man, I never heard about this. That's a great deal on that!! I've been wanting it since it came out, but since I had the pretty decent one disc, I was never going to pay $20 for the upgrade. Thanks a lot. Hope I can still find one of these.

finally picked up spaceballs.

those titles were on the buy one for 17.99, get one free sale at best buy a couple months ago. none the less, still a decent price. spaceballs has been 7.50 for at least a month now also, great deal too!

Those are some crazy deals for Patton and Platoon SE.

Any other deals found? True Romance can be had online at target/amazon for 13.97, so I'm looking for another to get me that free shipping.
Also, is this price (13.97) the now regular price, or is it on sale, because I'd rather spread out my purchases and not have this in addition to my DDD buy.
