There was a tiny crack on one of the Love Hina plastic panels. It's not bad enough to send back. But everything else was in excellent condition. |

I also got mine in today, and maybe I can talk about it's quality in about six months, when I'll probably end up watching it. =P

WTK-you're out of control with these updates. I love it!:) I'm hoping that DVD Planet keeps the sale going for another month or so. I would love to get Gankutsuou 5 in July and the Daphne set in August. BTW, don't worry too much about the expiring coupons. They have the same coupons every month.

I'm used to some skimping on the animation, most of my favorite shows are really old (macross, gundam, gatchaman=recycled animation out the butt)...this was just really not my thing I think. I tried to watch another newer show the other day, Stellvia Foundation, and I got really bored by the second disk. It had really good cgi that actually meshed with the show, but the writing was bad and I got really bored. I've liked a few modern shows like planets and initial d, there is just so much that is boring or just bad lately. I started to get discouraged hitting two shows in a row that I did not like. I'm sure they have thier fans, so if these are your favorite shows, no offense. I guess I like about 10-25% of the anime out there...just need to be more selective and not buy things just because its cheap ;) |

Yea, I couldn't stand Divergence Eve either. Here's my review to the first volume:
http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=14556 I gave it a 'skip it' recommendation. |
