South Miami - Virgin Megastore 50% Off Entire Store
Just came home from the Virgin Megastore at Sunset Place in South Miami, they're going out of business in a few weeks, the entire store is 50% off. It's 50% off MSRP for the most part, but still some good deals to be found. They have a decent selection of Criterions left, some SACD's and DVD-A's, some Disney Treasures, worth checking out if you're in the area.

Aw crap. I'm from Miami and was at the Virgin Megastore over Thanksgiving weekend on vacation, but there's no way I could make it now. An airline ticket would more than offset my savings!

lol it's like the Seinfeld episode where Kramer and Newman try to figure out whether or not it will be worth it to drive to Michigan to cash in all the empty aluminum cans.

DVD Talk Reviewer & TOAT Winner
They closed the one in Sacramento last year- I must say that although they started out promising they ended up doing a really crappy job running that store and deserved to go out of business, though they should have brought some people on board who knew what they were doing to run it. Around the same time they opened a new store in Hollywood, like THAT place needs any new stores 
I went to the Virgin Megastore in Paris a few years ago and that was quite an experience, I had hoped they would have been able to duplicate that in Sacramento but no such luck.
