Spaceballs 2-disk Collector's Edition $7.50 @ Target

I was just at Target and noticed the regular price for the Spaceballs 2-disk Collector's Edition is now $7.50. (I paid $17.99 for it almost a year ago )

That's cheaper that the older 1-disk release, which was right next to it for $9.99.

And YES, I did make sure they were in the right spots.

Yeah, it's almost insulting how fast some prices drop. If you don't get it on a release day special, wait a couple months and it'll be less than ten bucks new. Plus when a tv season is 15-30 bucks, it's hard to pay 20 for a movie.

Anyway, this is on my 'I should get that sometime', and 7.50 is the right price.
Thanks!

man, the fullerton target movie section sucks such amazing ballz. When a store does such a poor job or stocking movies, organzing them and marketing them, you wonder why they even bother with the category. Every time i go into that store i hate myself for going back, then i remember i told myself the same thing the year previous when i left dissapointed.

anyone find this deal in north OC?

Great find! I went and picked one up when I heard. And it's the regular price, not a sale price. Odd because Amazon.com and Best Buy have it in the $20s. Thanks!

Wow! Great find. It took me forever to find this, because it wasn't in the comedy section next to the regular Spaceballs. It was in this $7.50 section toward the back, not with the special offers in the front. It must have taken me 20 minutes to find it, and I think I got the last one in Gaithersburg, MD - but there could be others hiding.

Time for me to take a look and hopefully find it.
I can replace my scratched 1-disc version that keeps skipping past the radar noises.

I just came back from Target tonight ready to post this exact deal. Couldn't believe they had it so cheap. I had a 10% off card to use and this definitely got picked up. Out of the three Targets I checked (I was looking for other stuff) only one had Spaceballs CE though so this may be one that is tough to find.

You mean you've lost the bleeps, the sweeps, and the creeps?

No insert. Just a cardboard slipcover.

I got the last one at the Target by my job, but it didn't have a slip cover... did anyone here find copies with one?

Mine has a slipcover. The entire DVD (including slipcover) is wrapped in the plastic.

I bought mine earlier today. It was in a section of $7.50 DVDs. Thanks again, OP!
