I picked up The Brood and Jacob's Ladder and I may go back and get Cabin Fever, The Blair Witch Project, and Frailty.

Ceres, CA

I found some of these titles at the Ceres, CA Wal-Mart in a small dump bin in the back of the A/V section.

I was pleased to find two "Samuel Z. Arkoff Collection: Cult Classics" double features at the $4.88 price:

Earth Vs. the Spider/War of the Colossal Beast
How to Make a Monster/Blood of Dracula

So I assume this was a one time thing and they will not be restocking them? That sucks because the WM near my house was already out of nearly all decent titles. They did go fast!

There was also a "Fear/Parents" two pack lurking around. "Parents" went for a pretty penny before singularly. I was tempted to get the Cult Classics discs, if not for "Earth vs the Spider".

Finally found a Wal-Mart in my area that had this display...in Monroe NC...picked up three of the double features...the only ones I really wanted from the display, and they were all there, even though the display had been combined with the recent MGM 4.88 titles.

Fear / Parents
How To Make A Monster / Blood Of Dracula
Earth Vs. The Spider / War Of The Colossal Beast

I'm about to watch Parents right now. I loved that movie when I saw it umpteen years ago when I was an still a impteenager. I've got a feeling it will still hold up.

Now if they'd only release Meet The Applegates on DVD...

Thanks GMan! I was really only interested in Jacob's Ladder. Now I guess I have to sift through the bins...
