New Walmart sale:$3.88 MGM/UA movies

I just went to the Walmart in Clinton, MS and they had a new MGM/UA display in the front the store. There was no price listed on the display. I picked up "Shattered" and "Eye Of The Needle" and they both scanned for $3.88. Here the catch though some were scanning for $4.88. The wife was rushing me out cause the kids were acting up so I was not able to scan others titles. There were about 50 different titles.
I don't recall seeing any of them in the $5.50 bins.

They are all MGM titles. Didn't see any that I wanted this morning.

Titles I can recall:

Cyborg
Double Impact
C.H.O.M.P.S.
Spacecamp
Killer Clowns From Outer Space
Death Wish 4
Emperor's New Clothes
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2
Wild Bill
Fatal Instinct
Once Bitten
Love at First Bite
Shattered
Breaking In
Losin' It
Invasion of the Body Snatchers

It seems like the $4.88 titles get crappier and crappier each time.

Hey - Has anyone seen this display in the NoVa area? Also, could someone post a complete listing of titles? Thanks.

Is that Cyborg the one with Jean Claude? That was an ok movie. His acting was dry as usualy but it had a good plot/setup.

personally I thought this was one of the better $4.88 bins, I didn't see hardly any recent (aka horrible) films so that made my face glow with joy!

Yeah, right. As if Joaquin Phoenix has done better than Spacecamp.

Yes, there were a couple of Jean Claude movies in the $4.88 bin at my local WM and Cyborg was one of them.

I wonder how long until Jean Claude's upcoming "Second in Command" ends up in the bin.

For that price, it looks like it's finally time to pick up "Love at First Bite", even if it doesn't have "I Love the Night Life..."

Honestly, most of Van Damme's DVD's have either been apart of a $4.88/$5.50 sale or they retail for just above that much. I may get Double Impact, it's one of his better movies. Does anyone know if Death Warrant is apart of the sale?

Ah, my old store is so wonderfully inefficient. They still don't have it out. Glad I no longer work there.

Shame that I thus cannot find these locally though.

Most are $4.88 but some are $3.88. I guess you need to scan them first just to make sure.

Thanks for the heads up!
I finally picked up "Shattered" for my wife... She's worth it

Another title in the bin that I haven't seen mentioned yet (didn't scan it though):

Duel in the Sun
