I reordered the gene krupa story after it showed canceled on my deepdiscount order status and it shipped out today. I would try reordering any that they cancelled.

My order of 12 just shipped. This order included The Lady and the Duke and Vanya on 42nd Street, for those concerned about those titles. Like g said above, I'd say re-order any that got cancelled--but maybe call first to confirm that they were actually cancelled and it's not just a glitch.

I am concerned...how typical...out of all 8 titles I ordered only The Lady and the Duke shipped. Vanya is back as being a pre-order...

I don't know what tracking/shipping system DDD uses but it is quite poor...

My two titles from Digital eyes shipped but over 30 titles from DDD still have not.

I placed an order for East/West a few days ago at DDD and that shipped, but my big order that I placed the first day of the sale still has only 2 titles shipped. I guess placing your order early means nothing.

I ordered a bunch of stuff the first day of the sale at DDD that some of you got shpping notice but I didnt, I should have ordered it at digital eye!!!!!

Do I suspect it is not coming? Seems like it wasn't first come, first served!

Maybe if you call/e-mail (put the pressure on), they'll ship your stuff out. I'm assuming there's a huge amount of demand/orders, so that's why things are backed up and sluggish at the moment.

Most of my order through Digital Eyes has shipped, including the previously cancelled by DDD Obsession and Gene Krupa Story, but only a few of my DDD items have shipped at this point. No complaints given the prices...and I will have multiple deliveries trickling into my mailbox the next few weeks. More sales, please!
