Golden Girls S4 $19.99 @ CC - YMMV

I went to CC today to pick up Everybody Loves Raymond S5 for $17.99, and I passed a sign by their new releases that said, "Golden Girls: Season 4 - $19.99" There were about 3 copies and I picked one up. It rang up as $19.99 at the register, so it wasn't just a mistake on the sign.

Note: It's supposed to be $29.99 on sale this week there.

Went to Circuit City to get Golden Girls Season 4 but it was out of stock but luckily, I asked the guy if there is any in stock and he had the DVD right next to him so I got the last copy, thanks for the head up!

I got the same thing.

I was going to pick up the first 3 seasons at Target for $24.99, until I saw that if you bought season 4 at Circuit City with any other season you'd get $10 off. I saw that the other seasons were at least $35 so I passed on the CC offer.

Then I saw the sale sign for $19.99 and figured it tied into the $10 off 2 seasons offer, but there was nothing on the tag that mentioned it. So sure enough, it rang up $19.99. But it still gave the potential offer of $10 off (if you had another season) when it was rung up, so I bet if you buy 2 season 4's, you'd probably get them for $15 each.

This is a mistake that is probably being corrected. I went today and the price on the shelf was $19.99. It rang up at $29.99 and I informed the guy of the price on the tag. He went back to the shelf and took the tag off the shelf. I overheard him and another guy talking about it. I only caught bits and pieces, but it seemed that they had been informed earlier today about the problem and the price was supposed to be raised. They changed it in the computer, but not on the shelf apparently. To make a long story short: I got it for $19.99, but anyone that comes after me is out of luck.
