I agree. They're getting ridiculous. Is it only my store, or does yours have stacks of DVD's in long cardboard containers hidden beneath every stand?

Do they actually intend to put these only display or leave them rotting on the floor forever?

Nothing at my store in Oregon, Just the usuall high prices, I mean c'mon alot of these titles sell for less than $15 new, and hollywood expects people to buy 'em at that used? When I was down there today I also noticed they have the NASTIEST condition used dvds of any retailer. These things looked like they had been transfered over from a Hollywood video in Iraq. Most of the covers and cases were all ripped and trashed, with dirt, grease and food residue all over them. Why would they be like that? Nasty place.

Every single one that I have been in has those. I am very surprised by it too, unless they are playing some weird accounting games it probably makes their books look like crap -- all those stores carrying huge inventories of discs that never move.

I just picked up SW: ROTS with insert, as part of 3/25 deal, and I remember some inserts in the past. The 4/20 was only on 7.99 and under as stated previously.

If it has an insert from Hollywood, then it was probably traded in and not previously rented. Hollywood does not receive inserts from the studios.
