I mailed mine in mid-June. I've called them a couple times following up. Yesterday when I called, they said that it had been mailed on 10/10 via bulk mail (so it will take longer), so I should be getting it any day now.

I got my 3rd one the other day, but it was only for $40 instead of $50. I had re-submitted this one a few months ago, too. I'm waiting for customer service to get back to me. They have to pull my submission. Thankfully, I have a copy and can see I submitted 6 Tab D's...

It's been a month since they mailed my rebate check, so I called to let them know I hadn't received it yet. They told me that if I haven't received it by the 1st week of January to call back, since that is when the check expires.
Would it be that hard to stop payment on the original one and send a new one? As long as it is going to take, I should ask for interest!

Banks hardly even check for stop payments nowadays. With the electronic nature of everything, transactions occur so quickly and banks don't really have the luxury of waiting to check and see if there's a stop payment on a check.

I open all my mail, regardless of whether it is junk mail or not, just to make sure it's not something like a credit card app (so I can shred it), just to make sure someone dumpster diving couldn't open up a card in my name.
Does the rebate come in an envelope, or is it one of the postcard type checks?

they come in a very non-descript white envelope. it doesn't say warner's anywhere on it except on the check and you can't see that until it's opened. good to see that you are a shredder like me. i shred anything with my name/ address on it.

I wouldn't have so much to shred if my phone and cable companies didn't keep sending me stuff to try and get me to add more services. One time I let my shredding pile up, and when I went to shred it, I swear half of it was from either Qwest or Cox.
