Hustle & Flow $14.99 at CompUSA (YMMV?)

It was marked $14.99, but the cashier had to enter it manually so it might not be good at all locations. This was at the Kirkland, WA store and there were 2 or 3 more on the shelf.

They have had a lot of new releases for 14.99 for a while. THey had the life aquatic criterion when it first came out and others for this price. It is an off and on deal there.
