I need Season 4 for both Smallville and Gilmore Girls, but don't want to pay sales tax. I'm going to hold out for that price online at maybe Amazon or DDD (they HAD them for that price recently, but then went way back up for some reason).

Sales are usually, by definition, temporary.

Don't forget to save those receipts for the WB rebate offer.

That was a pretty dumb thing for me to say, I didn't mean for it to come out that way.

Too bad the WB rebates are only one per address. I already got my $50 rebate for another 6 sets. If only I had a different address I could use for another six titles purchased..

Anyone else see Veronica Mars at this price? I went in today and they had the Smallville and Gilmore sets on sale, but VM was $45.

Did you notice the mention that the store was closing, so everything was 50% off? i.e.: Gilmore Girls S1-5 = ($25 + 25 + 25 + 25 + 50) * 0.5 = $150 * 0.5 = $75. Likewise, VM = $50 * 0.5 = $25.
