The Simpsons Season 6 DVD includes all 25 episodes from season 6 plus episode commentaries, animation showcases and deleted scenes on four discs. The all-American dysfunctional family, beloved stars of the longest-running animated television series ever, returned for a sixth season on FOX. This season sees the adults of Springfield disappearing when Homer markets his libidinous wonder drug, while, Bart suspects aliens and conspiracy. Marge uncovers a repressed memory of her father when she encounters a flight attendant, and the family learns the reason behind the household's dearth of pictures of Maggie. Bart manages to offend the entire country of Australia, while both Homer and Marge decide it's time for a career change. Marge becomes a cop and sets about cleaning up Springfield, while Homer discovers the advantages and disadvantages of being a "professional" clown.

Too bad its not season 7.

Just curious, are S6 and S7 the same price @ wally world?

How do they know if you bought the box set the day of the sale?

What if I bought the box set a day before or a day after the sale and send the rebate?

Will I be able to qualify for the rebate?

I'm sure they'll require a copy of the receipt and it will have the date on it.

They ask for copies of the email confirmation (date stamped 12/13) and the shipping receipt (which will probably also have the order date on it). This is my second FYE rebate in two weeks. I will now be certain to make sure I get them to honor them!

I was gonna pick up an Ellen Degeneres DVD for a gift. Both of her DVD's are $5.99 (cheaper than any price found on dvdpricesearch). Max Dugan Returns is 6.99, and cheaper than anywhere else. Osmosis Jones is 5.99 and cheapest. But if the coupon doesn't work, I guess it doesn't matter...

The 15% off still works... But you might want to try the $5 one. Maybe it is limited to once per account. I already used both of them once...

It appears DECSAVE5OFF35 ($5 off coupon) is no longer working. I had never used it before and it still didn't work for me. But 15FF2005 (15% off) worked and that was the second time I used it (1st time was the Die Hard box set deal from last week).

Previous - Die Hard Box Set, KOTH S4 (I think), Family Guy Set 2, and now, Simpsons S6.

If I bought 2-3 of these, I should be ok for the rebates, no?


EDIT: Someone on FW posted that they called Parago and were told that it is a limit of 3 per person.

Problem when i got to the final receipt it added the $4.50 discount from 15FF2005 back into the price any way to fix this

This is normal with FYE, just make sure its right in the confirmation email.

Is this supposed to be completely unsealed? Mine arrived today and has the Simpsons clear plastic banner around the sides of the Homer head but everything is unsealed.

Did anyone ever get this? I called today, and they said I a) didn't purchase it at the right time (the email from fye.com said "Purchased 12/13/06" - last day of the rebate which I said they read the packing slip date which was 12/14/06) then they argued b) that I didn't include a UPC which I said was not required based on the directions on form. I had followed their instructions so well that I had followed step 4 which said to make copies of EVERYTHING! ;)

I went through all this TWICE and then was told that the offer was closed so they couldn't give me the rebate anyway... so WHY didn't you just say that up front instead of trying to blame ME for the error. Clearly whomever was processing these rebates had their heads up their butts! So I went to a supervisor, then a manager and now tomorrow I need to call ANOTHER someone at TWEC (the rebate company itself not the Rebate Handling Center).

I have been documenting the hell out of my calls too so I'm ready to roll!

Did anyone else end up getting this rebate?
