For those in the NY area J&R's B&M has many of the sale items available including the Warner $12.99 2 Disc SE J&R's list include Meet Me in St Louis,
Dr. Zhivago, Singin' In the Rain, Room With A View, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Color Purple, Giant, My Fair Lady, Space Jam ,
THX 1138 and others I can't remember not on the Best Buy list. They also have the Warner Box sets at $19.99 that many retailers have ie Tarzan, That's Entertainment, Gene Kelly,
Gone With The Wind, Humphrey Bogart, Barbra Streisand etc.

Darn...3 of my 5 DVD's are on that BestBuy sale list. Oh well, I saved on sales tax at least.

I got Enter the Dragon, Seven, Casablanca, and My Fair Lady and National Lampoon's Vacation. I got my shipping notice today, and they upgraded the free shipping (via black earplug lanyard) to UPS 3 day mail.

Thanks for posting, OP

D'oh! I just realized that the new price point is part of a studio plan discussed in this thread. The MSRPs of many back catalog titles are being temporarily lowered for the holiday season. Why aren't more retailers following suit? I guess this was supposed to start in early November.
