Last year I was vacationing in the Keys when I learned the sale was on. (Its in many newspapers including USA Today sold everywhere in the US.) First I called my daughter to place a couple of orders then I found a local library with public computers to complete my list. Its up to the customer to learn of the sale, not DDD's responsibility. (They do of course notify all on their rmailing list by email.)
I think you will find DDD will just say no on extensions.
If someone misses out, they will have to wait till next sale otherwise why set sale dates?

Thanks to reading through this thread and others, I added Interstate 60 to my purchase list. As a matter of fact, seven of the ten movies I ordered (Steele is for my girlfriend) I'm buying sight unseen.
