If you screw up on your order don't bother contacting them via email, becasue that doesn't work apparently. I know that they are busy and probably flooded with emails. So call them up and talk to a repersenative if possible.
I forgot to change to my new address last night while ordering, and after reciving my varifacation of order I noticed the mistake, and sent a email to their Cs department telling them the problem. I called today to confirm the problem was fixed, but too late they were already shipped. So i'm going to hit the PO and try to get it forwarded to my current address.

I think in past sales that were in December were the most troublesome for Holiday shoppers getting the majority of the orders after Christmas. So they moved it to November which gives some leeway in case there are shipping/in-stock problems, which there usually is.
The only problem is 11-19th is kind of short. Werent past sales more like 10 to 15 days long? Or was that just that one time when there was a systems glitch and the codes were working before or after the scheduled sale dates?

Just wondering - Has anyone who chose MediaMail had their order shipped already? My 11/10 order is still listed as OPEN with all items marked IN PROCESSING except for 3 BACKORDERS and one PREORDER. I'm thinking I should have broken my 40-disc order into several smaller ones.

Also, DDD will often combine items from different orders, so it doesn't really matter whether or not you break them up.

Geist's suggestion (post #93) to use the DavisDVD cover gallery since the last DDD sale was very helpful. Thanks.
DDD appears to have improved their ability to handle the massive order flows these sales generate. I didn't have the website error issues that I have often experienced in previous sales, but maybe I just benefited from good timing on this first round. First order shipped today.
