Thanks! The list price for this season set is $79.95. BB misprice is practically 62.5% off!!!

BB usually honors their misprice. However, they have the lousiest shipping in the industry. They will most certainly ship the boxset using a padded envelope Don't have high hope that your boxset will arrive in mint condition.

Thanks, I've been wanting to get this series.

If it gets damaged in the mail I'll exchange it at best buy as I'm sure they will have some on the shelves.

They usually honor misprices if they have it in stock. However, they have been canceling mispriced items that aren't in stock(example:Hellsing Box Set for $16.99 was cancelled). Worth a shot because when they do cancel a mispriced order, they usually will give you a $5 digital coupon as an apology for the cancellation. Thanks Big O Anime_Fan.

Traditionally, they release an anime season in a series of volumes, each containing a few episodes and being sold at the full price of a DVD. This set contains the full season at a reduced price.

It probably has plain packaging, maybe even thin-paks. The previous season boxes were sort of fancy - but not particularly functional, the discs themselves were stupidly packed, like in paper sleeves or something equally poor. So, this "economy" version may actually be better, if plainer, packed.

Initially, this series was released in 6 individual volumes, for $30 each.
Then, it was released in a premium bento set, for $150.
Soon, it will be released in an economy set, for $80.

They all have the same discs. They make the economy set at a cheaper price point, hence the name. Btw, it's the first season only. Two more seasons will be released in economy sets later.

So this is a cheaper version of the BROWN BENTO Box Sets, right? Same discs, different packaging?

No official specs on the economy set yet but it's 6 discs. It is reasonable to assume they would use the same 6 discs on this set.

This is what I was getting at. I just wanted to know what made it different from the original set.

They marked it sold out now. It looks like they got wind from the multitude of orders for this item in the past 12 hours or so.

It's no longer listed on the website. My order hasn't been killed yet though. Wonder if they will honor it?

I'm gonna guess that the coupon was for cancelling the second box. I only ordered one and have received no coupon.
