Costco 10/25/05 Alias s4 $27.59 w/$40prch Wizard of Oz 3disc $32 Titanic SE $18.29

Note: Costco's stock varies from store to store, so availability may vary from store to store. Most of the new titles and promotions should be available though.

**NOTE: Some members are reporting different pricing being reported by a few stores (I believe San Francisco, CA and one in New York state). Usually a $1 or so higher. Hopefully they'll go back to national pricing soon, so for now just be aware that it can happen.

FYI, I didnt' see Wizard of Oz at my Costco, but I'm expecting it to show up shortly.

Looney Tunes v3 was also MIA, but I also expect to see it soon. They also usually have some good sales with these titles either when they street or for the Christmas sales. Something to think about. If anyone's already seen it, post the price and I'll update the thread.

The 1 and 2 were much cheaper - 26.97

This is the same price the other Looney Tunes sets were at Costco when they first came out. Don't forget they have a $65 MSRP . Last year Costco had $10 off coupon on many Warner sets including the Looney Tunes during the Christmas season. Perhaps they will again .

Thanks as always for the prices.

Added the Looney Tunes info. Thanks everyone.

If you're a betting man (or woman ) you could buy it now and enjoy it, just hold onto the receipt. When they come out with the coupon (assuming they do - hence the "bet") just rebuy it and then return the new copy using the old receipt.

Someone over at HTF reported getting Arrested Development Season 1 for $16.99($26.99-$10 instant rebate at the register). I wonder if all of the other Fox sets that are $26.99 have the instant $10 off. If memory serves, some of the other sets are: Remington Steele 1, Lone Gunmen, Wonderfalls, Pretender 1, X-Files Mythology Sets, Dynasty, etc. Also, my Costco has a bunch of Fox sets for $36.99 with the same item number. Some of the titles are: Millennium 1-3, Roswell 1-3, Firefly, Angel sets, Buffy sets, Shield 1-3, etc. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows whether or not these sets have instant rebates(I really want Millennium 3 and Roswell 3). Thanks.

I might be wrong, but I think this deal expired a while back. I think it was a coupon on a Costco flyer that they scanned in at time of sale. I bought Arrested Development & The Lone Gunmen in that sale.

It did expire a while back and it was a coupon. I bought Wonderfalls and the Pretender from that coupon sale. However, according to the poster at HTF, he bought AD Season 1 last night and the $10 came off automatically at the register. I wish Costco would be more overt in these sales.

Bewitched Season 2 was $25,59 at the Costco in Yonkers NY, Colorized only so no sale for me. They also had some Season 1 sets mixed in at the same price. Season 1 was also only the colorized set. What were they thinking ?
When Season 1 came out Costco had both B&W and colorized sets.

I also saw a bunch of Disney 2 disk sets for $18.89 each, They included Bambi, Aladdin, Pocohantas, Mullan , the Incredibles, and others. They were at the end of an isle in the candy section near the checkout not in the regular DVD section.

Yesterday I saw a sign affixed to the dvd display table indicating $10 off $26.99 Fox sets, no expiration indicated. Of course that sign was nowhere close to the actual Fox sets, but it was there.

At my local Costco (the brand new Centennial store in L Las Vegas), they had a TON of WoO 3D but not a single Titanic, unfortunately.

Thanks, as always, Blade!

I can confirm that the Fox sets (including Arrested Development Season 1) are on sale for $10 off automatically (no coupon needed) for a total out the door of $16.99 + tax. Great deal, and Costco has LOTS of TV box sets at fantastic prices right now.

Is it all Fox TV Box sets or just the S1's and S2's like Paramount is mostly doing on selected ones ?

Thanks.

Rats. Wish I had seen this before I went to the store. Guess I have to go back to pick up the X-Files Mythology sets then.
