I went to Strawberries for Evil Dead : Book of the Dead, and they had a sign up saying the printed ad showed the wrong version, and they were only selling the basic version for $10 AR. The printed label on the shelf below the basic DVD even said ED : Book of the Dead as well.

The sign also mentioned one other DVD that had the incorrect version printed in the ad, and they were only honoring the price on the basic version... don't remember which one.

Ah well, thanks, saved me a trip to the store. They are idiots at that company. I thought it was oop anyway, but there is a combo pack coming out this xmas, with the new evil dead 2 fake skin.

I still haven't gotten my $5 from the Simpsons S1 sale back around Father's Day. Not a big deal if I don't end up getting it, it was already only $15. I would just buy some of these DVDs from another place though, like DDD. Rebates suck...and should only sweeten a deal. I don't like rebates which make the deal. Just my opinion.

if you made copies, call them and see what's up with your rebate.
