Costco 10/11/05 South Park s1-6 $30ea TV Boxsets $13ea $17ea $20ea $25.49ea

Note: Costco's stock varies from store to store, so availability may vary from store to store. Most of the new titles and promotions should be available though.

**NOTE: Some members are reporting different pricing being reported by a few stores (I believe San Francisco, CA and one in New York state). Usually a $1 or so higher. Hopefully they'll go back to national pricing soon, so for now just be aware that it can happen.

Thanks for the update Blade. Good news that they have all 6 seasons of South Park. Hopefully they'll have a sale on them soon. With all of the good TV set deals, I wish they would run a sale on the Fox sets(Millennium 3 and Roswell 3). I could also use a deal on the Charmed sets, but there is always next week. I think that I'll pick up some Andy Griffith for $13 a pop. BTW, you can add the Danbury, Connecticut store to the list of having slightly higher prices.

I was in Costco yesterday, and they did not have Arrested Developement S2, but they had plenty of S1.

Will have to go to WalMart or Target for S2. :-(

Thanks, Freddie! Man, my regular Costco is suck now. I didn't find any of the stuff I was looking for! A trip to another Costco yielded Taxi S2, but no Cheers!! Bastards! At least I finally got the Predatir set to replace my old copies.

I think it may be time to pick up Cheers for $78 and finish off my last two X-files.

Thanks for the prices.

No coupon necessary. The boxes have details about a buy 2 get $12 off deal, but there are signs up (seen in multiple stores) that the deal is actually $12 off EACH set. The $12 is taken off instantly at the register (but after tax, like almost all of Costco's deals). All you have to do is buy the title.

What do you mean when you have $25-$12 off. Is the $12 taken off immediately, or is it a rebate or coupon?

Thanks for the heads up on the $12 off Paramount TV sets deal. I would have never known about it otherwise. There were no signs about it in the store, the text on the box that says $12 off is hidden by the cardboard box the sets were in, and even if I'd seen that it says you have to buy 2. Got Brady Bunch S3 and Hogan's Heroes S2. Sets were $13.99 after the discount in San Diego.

Costco's in different regions have differnent DVD prices (see the top section of Blade's 1st post in this thread.) In Eugene, the set is $75.99.

One other deal to get at Costco that's better than other places is Star Trek Enterprise sets, which are each around $85 apiece.

FYI for those in the Houston area interested in the Paramount titles - Went to the I-10 Costco yesterday & at first I thought they didn't have any of these. But, upon further "digging", I found the boxes (~6 - maybe more) buried beneath other boxes on the shelf & below the shelves (behind other boxes).

They had a good selection on - Macguyver S3, Hogans' Heroes S2. And a decent selection on most of the others - Frasier, Cheers, Taxi, Brady Bunch, Andy Griffith. Ths only ones in SHORT(1 or 2 left) supply (from my digging) were Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Mork & Mindy. The others (MacGuyver, Hogans' Heroes, etc) were getting low - 3 or so left of each.
