Picked up Mists of Avalon, Andersonville, Operation Pacific (John Wayne), and Man without a Face.

They had WS versions of Vegas Vacation, but only had foolscreen versions of Bloodwork and the In-Laws remake.

The Jim Caviezel movie Highwaymen was also in the display, but I was unsure if it was any good so I didnt pick it up.

Spartan for less than five dollars is an absolute steal. I implore all of you who don't already have this brilliant film to get it.

I second that. This film is grossly overlooked.

this movie isn't for everyone. I watched it based on DVDTalk recommendations and thought that it was terrible.

In the closest Wal-Mart to me the display was not in Electronics with the rest of the DVDs but up near the last check out where the $1 DVDs are kept.

Picked up "The Rookie" and "The Man without a Face". Both good films for the price. I would have picked up "Bloodwork" but it was FS.

Nothing I really wanted, but Insomnia is a great movie especially at this price even if it is FS.

Yeah, I saw them all at my Wal-Mart this morning. Not as great of a selection as the last time they did this. I may go back and get One Crazy Summer and Animatrix.

Further recommendation for the criminally underlooked Mamet thriller Spartan.

(Mamet!)
