Same here. Sales tax ruins all the good amazon sales for me.

for $130 is like buying seasons 2-4 and getting seasons 1, 5-7 for free...

So tempted...my wife would like this, I probably would too, but I've never really watched Buffy...a little of the 1st season, but that's it. (I only own the 1st season when it was $15)

Basically, the Digital Eyes deal is almost $8 more (w/coupon), but the shipping for the Digital Eyes deal is 2-day vs. the 5-9 shipping day for Amazon's Free Super Saver shipping. It may be worth it to someone to stay with Digital Eyes and get it a little sooner.

Regardless, the deal makes it about $10 or so for the first season and $20 or so for the rest, so it's an awesome deal.

When (if?) Deep Discount DVD has its 20% off sale in November... this will be about $117. Might be worth it to wait.

Is this a limited set, though? If it is, I wouldn't want to take the risk of it being gone. That's why I e-mailed Amazon and had them change my order to the new price instead of cancelling and re-ordering... this way my order date stays the same if the supply is not as much as the demand.

Each box will be individually numbered. To me that makes it a limited set. But it's up in the air for how many they end up making or are making.
