Note: Costco's stock varies from store to store, so availability may vary from store to store. Most of the new titles and promotions should be available though.

**NOTE: Some members are reporting different pricing being reported by a few stores (I believe San Francisco, CA and one in New York state). Usually a $1 or so higher. Hopefully they'll go back to national pricing soon, so for now just be aware that it can happen.

No Warner's Film Noir Volume 2 ? That is too bad as I was hoping it would be included in next week's sale. Maybe next Tuesday.

I stopped by the Eugene (OR) store last night specifically to pick it up [along with Point Blank (1967).] Unfortunately, I ended up 0 for 2, so I used a coupon to order the box set online from Digital Eyes for a bit more than $33 shipped.

In a somewhat related matter, the Eugene Costco had a bunch of Gangsters Collection box sets (in preparation, no doubt, for next week's coupon), but no Film Noir Vol. 1 sets.

Blade:

To help you (and others) get a jump on next week, here is a list of the Warner Bros. box sets (not including television & animation) I saw at the Eugene Costco yesterday:

Classic Comedies Collection
Classic Musicals: Cole Porter Collection
The Humphrey Bogart Collection
(4 films)
The Essential Steve McQueen Collection
The Tarzan Collection
Warner Gangsters Collection
World War II Collection: Battlefront Europe

All were $39.xx each, so they'll be $29.xx after/coupon.

No Noir 2 at my Costco. In fact I really don't see any WB product on the shelves other than a few copies of the Gangster collection.

If they don't get a decent selection of WB sets in I'm going to be really bummed. I picked up Noir Vol 1 for $19.99 last year during their $10 off sale.

For those who are interested in purchasing Seasons of Friends, this is the time. At $19 each and with this addtl discount Link you can pick up 3 seasons for $40 + tax or 4 seasons for $50, and so on.

That is not a discount, it is a rebate. There is also the possibility that Warner could reject the rebate based on the price paid for the dvds, or the store they were bought from (I know it may sound ridiculous, but I have read about it happening before, and the rebate form does state "Not valid in combination with any other offer."). I'm not stating that they will reject it, just that they could. Nonetheless, thank you for your contribution.

Sorry for the wording, it is a MIR and not an actual discount at the store. As we all know Costco doesn't take coupons or discounts that are not internal. And as always, MIRs are YMMV.

The Steve McQueen Collection and most of the Friends Season sets seems to be missing from that list and I know that they are going to be included on the sale.

I read on another board that there is an additional $10 rebate for the box set sale that is printed on the receipt. Can anyone confirm this? If I can get a $10 rebate on top of the instant $10 off coupon, then I'll be buying a lot more sets than I was planning on. BTW, Costco allows you to submit your rebate online-faster service and you don't have to rip off a UPC code from the case(plus you save 37 cents for the stamp). I love Costco.

I can confirm. It is good on all TV sets. Not the movie sets. There seems to be separate listings for Sex and the City and Friends being one rebate and the other TV sets being another rebate. You can request it on line so no cutting up the box. See http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430114 for more info.

Add the Complete Office including the Special and the Warner Marx Bros Set(Night At the Opera/Day At The Races/ Room Service etc.)
each is $30 after instant discount plus the Office has an additional mail in rebate.
Does anyone know if you can also use these for the Warner Bros mail in rebate or is the Costco rebate a sub for it.

Does anyone know what CCs they take? My boyfriend's a member, but since he isn't here right now I didn't want to go through the hassle of creating an account just to find out. I know at the B+M stores, they only take AMEX and no debit cards. Thanks!
