Costco $10 Coupon July 11 Warner TV/Movie Assortment

Today I received Costco's Summer 2005 Member Passport To Savings booklet.
Included was a coupon good from July11 to July 17 for $10 off Warner TV and Movie box sets. Pictured on coupon were the upcoming Steve McQueen set,
Friends, Sex and the City, West Wing, the OC, Looney Tunes sets, and Scooby Doo. Item numbers included in sale are 731688, 991399,314900, 850490.
No limit how many sets you buy with coupon. You get $10 off each one.

Thanks for the heads-up. Not only is the $10 off coupon good news, but I'm very happy to learn that Costco will be carrying Warner's Steve McQueen box set (I was on the fence about getting it, but with Costco's usual pricing and $10 off, I'll be picking it up.)

Do you think the coupon will be good for the upcoming James Dean set as well?

The coupon lists the item numbers the $10 discount can be used with .
I also included them in my first post. When the James Dean set is released check the item number and see if it can be used with the $10 off coupon At this point we don't even know if Costco will stock the James Dean set.

It doesn't look like the Controversial Classics set will be included in $10 off
I saw it at Costco today and its item number 125900 is not included with coupon. Too bad

Brought this thread back since the Steve McQueen set comes out today. If anyone is able to stop by Costco, could you see if the James Dean set is there and what the item number is? Thanks.

I didn't see the James Dean set when I was there earlier (or the movies individually). Sorry.

didn't see the James Dean set either but they had several of the Warner Legends boxset for $49.99, 1 Controversial classic set, The MGM Steve Mcqueen Collection and many MGM Scorcese Collection. Both MGM set had the same serial number, so maybe they'll get a discount in the near future.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll just be getting "Rebel" at BB (PM'ing Fry's $13.99 price) and skipping the rest.

Costco coupon booklets are sent out every few months to the home addresses of all members (but they try to limit it to only one booklet per household.) If you didn't get it, ask for one at the Member Services counter, though YMMV.

Just so it's clear, you can't actually use the coupons for another 5 weeks, right?

I have nothing to add, except that a Costco is opening across the street from where I work on June 16th, so hopefully they'll have a free preview day so I can go in there and see what their prices are like on stuff.

When the first Costco opened in Indy, they gave free 1-year memberships to everybody for a couple of months, so you might make out very well.

And thanks to whoever posted about the Dean set. I'm filled with hope again.

Yeah, they had it today for $24.99. Curiously, they didn't have it when it was released last week.

That's correct. The $10 off coupon is valid from July 11th through July 17th.
