FYE Rebate forms for Scrubs and Life Aquatic (online)?
 

I just got Life Aquatic and Scrubs in the mail yesterday, but I can't DL the online rebate forms. Mozilla crashes everytime, and IE just won't connect. Does anyone know if these can be picked up in the store and still be used for online purchases? If not, could someone shoot me these files via e-mail? reubs82 @ excite.com
