Seems like a good deal on Frasier and Cheers. Good to see Star Trek on sale - it seems like that set is hardly ever discounted.

Some very good deals, and some not so good ones, too. Remember to check DDD for comparison.

Same here. Unfortunately the titles of interest are mostly season 1 sets of stuff I already own.

40% off is not too bad. I just bought Dawson's Creek season 2 DVD because I have an amazon.com $10 gift certificate I've been itching to use. This is a good time to use it in combo with a 40% off sale.

# 1 of: Soap - The Complete Second Season
# 1 of: The 4400 - The Complete First Season
# 1 of: Taxi - The Complete First Season
# 1 of: MacGyver - The Complete First Season

I had Cheers and Frasier in my cart also, but decided to dump them. The most cost effective way of collecting either of those series is to buy multi-season packages, any of which will include season 1 (I found this somewhat amusing: At Amazon, the 4 season set of Frasier is more expensive than either the 5 or 6 season set). I'm hoping DDD doesn't up the price when and if the next 20% off sale hits.

Thanks OP.

I'm not sure if it was in the Amazon sale, but Buy.com had it for $14.99 during their run of sale Fox seasons.

If you've liked what you've seen just by watching random episodes, then trust me, you'll love it when you watch them from beginning to end. I have this collection and watch it over and over.

Anyone else find it amusing that Cheers Season 1 (from 1982) is listed under shows of the 90's? I do realize that it ended in the 90's, but technically it was a show of the 80's... Especially the 1st Season, which is the only one included in the sale...
