This week will definetly be rough....Seinfeld and Scrubs....I will be passing on Team America because of no commentary.

Can't wait for Seinfeld...I'm hoping I don't have to order it from Amazon...

why, do you only buy movies that have a commentary?

I was also disappointed that there's no Trey & Matt commentary on Team America, drunken or otherwise. But they hate commentary tracks and hate doing them. But the featurettes on the disc are really good, and I mean, come on... if you like the movie, that's the reason to own the disc.

no everyone does not buy every movie they like.

but if you like the movie and would buy it because of that then why would one not buy it because of lack of comments by the makers?

my personal reason is that if I'm going to spend the about $10 or more on a movie, I want more than just the movie. I want special features, deleted scenes, commentaries, featurettes, etc. The studio better work to get my money because I can most certainly get the actual movie itself by other means for next to zero cost to me.

I understood your question. When you're deciding whether to buy a DVD, the question is not just "Do I like this movie?" There are plenty of other issues that factor into the decision: Is it OAR? Is the transfer good? Does it have the kind of audio track I want? Are there extra features that add value to the film? As runner001 points out, a DVD is more than just the movie it contains.

Where are the rest of the prices?

Enemy At The Gates was included in the recent Wal Mart $4.88 sale and can still be found in the $5.50 bin at some stores that have leftovers from that sale.
