Wal-Mart B&M has Appleseed regular for just under $14 and the LE for just under $19 thats regular price. Not every Wal-Mart carries it though, for some reason some tend to carry dvds others don't. Out of the 3 around here one had both, and one had just the regular one, the other didn't have any. If its any help the one that had both is the same one that carried the Penn & Teller BS bundle.

If DDD has another 20% sale, it will probably be $67.50 - That's what I paid for it during the last sale.

Whenever I look (albeit rarely) I can never find it on DDD. It seems like they carry 1 and 3 but never 2.

Weird, I can't find it now either. But, even weirder. Last sale, a buddy ordered #3 from them and they sent him #2 instead. I wonder if there is a connection.

That's the item I ordered too. Already have 1 and 2, but at $30 for 4 disc, can't pass it up.

Bestbuy has Last Exile vol 5 and 6 for $15 each. Anybody found a deal on vol 7?

Updated with the new weekly specials and with the $14.99 deals for 5 & 6. No particularly good deals on 7 as far as I can tell.

Are the Best Buy deals from a couple weeks ago still alive in the b&m stores or have they got around to raising them like they did online? I don't have any near here but may be by one this weekend.

The last time I was at one (sometime last week), the prices were still legit even if they were marked as such. That could be different now, though, so you'll just have to go and find out (and let us know while you're at it).

If anyone is thinking about investing in the Gungrave series, you might want to wait until July 19. Geneon is releasing a limited edition box set containing all 7 DVDs.

Hopefully DDD will have it for a cheaper price.

Some really great deals on the individual DNA2 DVDs or the complete collection. See the latest update for more info. If I didn't already own it, I'd be jumpin' all over it!

The Best Buy deals are still alive at the lower prices listed in the first post. Suprisingly the ones I checked still had most of the ones I wanted no sign of Azu Manga vol 2 though

The Platinum version of Eva is a big improvement in a/v quality compared to the Perfect version. However, if you're buying the Perfect version because of price, then you might want to bide your time and watch for a Rightstuf deal. Last Xmas, they had the Perfect Collection as part of their 12 days of Christmas promotion for just $39.99.

Yeah, at that price, I picked one (EVA set) up last Xmas, even if I'm collecting the Platinum ones... what can I say, I'm addicted!

Well, went into Best buy yesterday, gave in to getting cheap Get Backers 2 and 3, though I passed on Divergence Eve... for now. Did get St. Seiya volume 10, which was at the dirt cheap price of 7.95. They had a bunch, too. Unfortunately, volume 11 was still 15 bucks, and I didn't see any other volumes out there. Make sure you don't go for the horribly butchered "Knights of the Zodiac" version if you're looking for these, by the way.
