If you misplace your card, you will have to ask the cashier everytime to look you up in the system using your phone number. The only way to get another card is to sign up a new membership, and ditch the old one after you acrue enough points for a reward cert.

The dvd I bought with my when I signed up isn't showing up for any points on my acct. So I filled out the investigation form so they can check. Still says "in process". I'm off to a great start with this card.

it takes a while. just make sure the transaction id is correct. you will be credited. if not call their customer service and they will assist you.

Mine doesn't expire until 2007 and I tried to use the coupon but it wouldn't work cuz it won't work unless you get that popup to renew your membership which pops up when your membership is gonna expire within 3 months or less.
