Boomtown was an awesome show. But it was cancelled so fast you'd think Leslie Moonves were running NBC.

Boomtown ran for more than one season, that's longer than lots of shows.

It ran for 1 season and 6 episodes of season 2. It's life was cut short way too soon.

I keep hoping that they delete this title and issue a "Boomtown: The Complete Series" set. Or at least issue the aborted S2 on DVD on its own. Man, I want this whole series on DVD.

So you're telling me all the eps aren't on this set? I need closure!

Correct. I don't understand why NBC did not include the 6 episodes from season 2 and label this DVD set as "the complete series" instead of "season 1". I doubt we'll ever see the remaining 6 episodes on DVD.

Anyway, this is a great deal. Wish I knew about it when I was at Best Buy yesterday -- I would have had them PM it.

Me too, but I'm not holding off and taking the chance this just vanishes...
