Fine print says excludes orders comprised solely of media but it looks like the discount will still show up in the cart. Ends at 11:59 pm MST (1:59 am EST).

But it looks like the discount will still work with media items only. The discount shows up in my cart with only a DVD. But I have not submitted an order yet so I can't confirm it for sure.

I was able to get it to work on an Xbox game, however it took calling the Big O. The coupon shows correct in the cart, however when you check out it doesn't stay the same.

Just purchased an anime box set and the coupon worked fine.

I ordered something with the 10% discount and when I went to check on my account status, the price was different from my final confirmation window (the one that shows up when you've finished with the order and they've accepted it). I called and e-mailed them and the customer service girl kept talking and reading stock answers to me. The gist being that it was not their fault and I'd have to go to the affiliate to get the difference.

Total BS, I ordered via their website. I had a pdf of the webpage and e-mailed it to them but just got a stock answer. So don't be complacent and think that whatever shows up on that final webpage is accurate. Check the order under "My Account" to see what you've actually been charged. There's no way to cancel an order and they charge $4.95 if you return anything.

It may have just been a weird quirk in the system and I'm glad that it was only a few dollars difference but it really just violates the whole basic concept of commerce when your order is finalized with one price and then they go ahead and charge something else onto your card. (I'd contest the charges with my credit card company but it's a gift and I spent way to much time on it as is.)

Phew. I got really worried when I read this post. I went to check on my order, and the discount still shows. I do agree that their process is shady, and it doesn't comfort me as a customer knowing what you just shared.

Everything went good for me and some good deals. All my items said free shipping (random selection of items have this), but I was charged $1.00 upon checkout. I just got right on the live chat, and the CS agent fixed it for me.

My order still shows up with the correct total and it even seems that my order shipped out today...but my guess is that it's ready to go out the door but hasn't made it there yet.
