I really doubt you'll need to buy a DVD in order to get the Sin City disc. If it is anything like the previous Best Buy promotional discs, either paying a penny or asking if you can have one for free should suffice.

Thanks for the info. Some nice BB deals @ 2/$15.

Big Worms 03-25-05 09:28 AM

Raising Arizona
Big Chill
Cruel Intentions
Hook
Road to Perdition
Coming to America
Glengarry GlenRoss
Wonderland

Hmm...titles and sales are a bit lackluster this time around, but much appreciate the early pricing!

tofu 03-25-05 12:08 PM

thanks for the prices. I'll have to stop by the BB for the 2 for $15 sale.

asianxcore 03-25-05 12:40 PM

Thanks for the prices

Anyone know if either Best Buy or Circuit City will carry A Tale of Two Sisters, or will I have to hit up Borders?

But be aware, it's a non-anamorphic transfer.

conscience: Road To Perdition and Glengarry Glen Ross are the two best films from those that you listed. IMHO of course.

oh
and

thanks!

There's gotta be a better B&M price on Orgazmo...14.99 is only 25% off.

Anybody have a clue what the Sin City preview disc is?

I am interested in Closer but will hold off since i want to avoid a double dip. Nothing on sale that applies aside from what i already have. My wallet is happy for a slow week. -biggrin-

Legolas 03-26-05 04:13 AM

I'm going to pick up Gia. Need a second title -- To Live and Die in LA or Training Day?

DJ_Longfellow 03-26-05 09:39 AM

Training Day is a GREAT movie

wasn't this movie made by the guy who was touted as some big thing and blew it bc he was so not making this movie? i heard there were such hassles with his super-ego that caused the complete and utter downfall of this movie.
better than "Pulp Fiction"? i think not...

Mr. Cinema 03-26-05 11:16 AM

I hope the "Charlie's Angels" listed in the BB 2/15 section is the 2-disc Superbit, but I have a feeling it will be Full Throttle, which I already have...

wennma01 03-26-05 12:03 PM

does anyone have the target ad from this week? i didn't get the bestbuy of target ad with my paper today.

That sort of comment doesn't surprise me. I know someone who said Taxi (the Queen Latifiah/Jimmy Fallon crapfest) was a WELL-MADE movie.

DJ_Longfellow 03-26-05 01:55 PM

I didn't get the Target ad either...I think Easter Sunday has something to do with it....
