(DEAD) Shark's Tale $9.99 at eCost.com (others are $9.99 too!)
It's listed for $12.99 here with a shopping cart special. When you add it to your cart, it shows as $9.99.
Also, as Admiral Ackbar mentioned in this thread, they have a buy two, get the third one free (after rebate) deal going on too. edit I also saw Shrek 2 , Elf , Dodge Ball , Starkweather and Taxi - Extended for $9.99. |
Mickey Black & White Vol 2 is also on the cheap!
|
thanks!
|
Without a Paddle, The Forgotten, Shaun of The Dead, among others, is cheap ($9.99 each)..I just picked up Without a Paddle, Dodgeball for $29.97, $9.95 back, like $20 for 3 of em, would pay $63 in change at DDD...
|
added (others are $9.99 too!) to topic.
|
Don't forget if you buy any 3 dvds, you qualify for a rebate up to $19.99 that you can print right off the page!
|
Note that the $14.99 Mickey Mouse in B&W Vol 2 is showing "Call Us" for availability, meaning "This product is not currently available for shipment from any of our warehouse locations. Please contact one of our account managers for an estimated arrival date." So who knows if it will be back in stock at this price. Anyone have experience with eCost when this happens?
|
Awesome! I got Forgotten, Without a Paddle, and Sharks Tale. I took Mickey B&W2 as well, but I have a feeling it will get cancelled (since it said CALL US)... But they don't hold up orders until everything are available, so it doesn't hurt to try... And no handling fees (like the last time I ordered from them). AWESOME!!!
|
did you guys get charged a handling fee? (3.95)
still a good deal tho. pdf doesn't say anything about cutting upc's (whew) got shaun of the dead excorcist ii sid & nancy micky mouse b & w for 42.21 before rebate |
Be careful with that rebate, gang.
Mail- in Rebate Guidelines: · Buy any 3 DVD Movies and qualify for up to a $19.99 mail- in rebate. Rebate amount will be equivalent to the lowest price DVD purchased, not to exceed $19.99. |
Anyone have the whole list of $9.99 ones? I have all but 2 of the ones mentioned so far.

As for the rebate, apparently you only need to send in the form! It doesn't ask for UPC's or anything, so that is AWESOME!!! We can send it in NOW, before we even receive the items! All we need is the order number!!! |

Ordered Shark Tale (9.99), P.S. (7.99) and the Disney Treasure set for $31 shipped plus the rebate deal. Thanks OP!
|
This deal is really tempting.
I have a question about the rebate. Does the rebate mean that no matter how many DVDs I order in one receipt, only 3 of them are qualify for the rebate and the one with the lowest price is free? Or does the rebate mean that for every 3 DVDs I purchase, there will be one with the lowest price free? (Of course the upper limit is $19.99) Let me be more specific: Suppose I ordered 6 DVDs with $9.99 each, will I receive $9.99 rebate or $19.98 rebate? |
You will only get the $9.99 rebate.
|
I got Dodgeball (which is now up to $12.99), I Robot ($12.99) and The Incredibles ($17.50) for $43.48 then take off 12.99 for the rebate. Good Deal, thanks!
|
regarding the rebate situation I have two questions for anyone who may know the answer:
1) as someone asked, is the rebate for every two DVDs you get one free or is it only one per order? if so, would making a second order be allowable or is that restricted in the rebate terms? 2) where's the link to the rebate form? i clicked on the "buy 2 get one free" link on ecost.com but it didn't bring up any pdf file as someone mentioned. |
nevermind. i called CS and got my answers. thanks all!
