I forgot to get a paper yesterday, but be careful of Kmart's dvd deals. In December my Kmart had an ad for 4 for $20 dvds (Duplex, Out of Time, Nick & Jessica special, etc. were shown in the ad). However when I got to the store they didn't have a 4 for $20 sale set up anywhere & Duplex was still on the shelf for $19.99. So I asked around & they directed me to a couple of boxes of crappy dvds with really old movies & Harvard Man (Sarah Michelle Gellar, Adrian Grenier), which is also not a good movie. They said that's a mistake, I don't know why it would be like that. I said, I know why, to get people in here. I thought this really sucked 'cause I was gonna pick up a few recent movies for Xmas presents.

That was actually not a mistake. I went to the Kmart here and I got Duplex, Out of Time, The Fighting Temptations, and Tommyknockers each for $4.00 which was a great deal. The sticker on the cover even said $4.00 ~ however they didn't have a section set up, they were thrown on the bottom shelf of an aisle.

The K-Mart by my house as a sad excuse for a DVD section.
There's never any reason for me to go to K-Mart, but I stopped by for this first time in years when that ad with Duplex being $4.00 came out.
No dvds that I wanted, so I was off like a cheap dress on prom night.

Picked up MELVIN GOES TO DINNER and TOUCHING THE VOID....also saw 2 copies of David Lynch's LOST HIGHWAY (but already had it). Saw various copies of CODY BANKS 2 on the regular shelves priced at $19.99 & $9.99 (go figure)...took a 9.99 copy to the register, showed them the ad, and they were quick to override the price on the register to price it at $4.
