Looks like BN's shipping is quite quick, if you qualify for Fast/Free, and item's in stock, it ships UPS. So it should arrive by Christmas, if they haven't sold out.

If you subtract out the $15 that the first set is going for, that means that you're paying over $44 each for sets 2-6. While not *terrible*, I think you could probably do better by buying the sets individually at stores with the best prices, rather than grabbing them shrinkwrapped together as a 'set'.

Of course, if you have a BN member card, use a coupon, and get 7% back via Discover card, this may work out to be the best deal...

Yeah, no kidding. I say we move on to season 2. :D

Thanks for the heads up on the $5 off code. It wouldn't work for me if I tried getting the AAA discount on top of the BNNINST code, but if I just went for the BNNINST code and left out the AAA discount everything went well.

I kept trying not to buy these but they have been available at so many places I couldn't resist the urge any longer. To date I have bought Roswell, Angel, Buffy, In Living Color, 24, and King of the Hill. I would have bought Millennium and Simpsons but I had already bought those before these great price drop sales. Not to mention that once I watchedd Buffy S1 I went out and bought the other 6 seasons -- some at the DDD 20% off sale and others with the BB 20% off Madden Coupon. After watching Angel S1 I also went out and bought S2 and S3 -- already had S4 for $11.99 from the CC price error. So, I think it is safe to say that these "sale" prices have "made" me buy more than I would have normally if they hadn't gone on "sale."

Figured I'd finally order something from one of these Fox boxset sales - grabbed Millenium & Roswell.
