Aladdin at Circuit City for $9.99 !!!

I was in the Circuit City tonight and Aladdin is scanning for $9.99.

I believe the deal is save $10 dollars if you buy the original w/ the newly released Aladdin II and III DVD's. However the original is ringing up by itself for $9.99.....
.....I already got it for this price on black friday......but thought I'd pass this along in case anyone missed it..............

They have been having alot of issues in the past year with their database not being programmed properly - they just recently had a video game deal mispriced in the system and didnt correct it until the end of the week.......the games were ringing up for $5!
It's obviously not good for the stock I happen to own.......... but, get the deal while you can......

I am not sure this is a misprice. The Circuit City I went to yesterday had a shelf tag actually saying that Aladdin is $9.99, and it does not state that you have to buy Aladdin 2 & 3 to get that price like it states in the ad. I also noticed that they have Aladdin 2 & 3 in a boxset which looks pretty nice.

Shelf tag for $9.99 Aladdin was up yesterday, but had been removed today when I went to pick up a copy for my daughter. Aladdin was back up to the normal $19.99.

Thanks OP. Just picked one up at $9.99. It was still priced at $9.99 on shelf. The CSR mentioned that it was part of the Aladdin 2 & 3 deal, but rang it up anyway.

Man, I'd hate to have the store manager coming from behind the counter ready to choke my ass for buying one of these.

Dude I still am amazed by that story. CC will be infamous for that.
Back OT: I forgot to go check out this deal yesterday. I need to hit it up today.

$19.99 at the CC here (that was yesterday the 20th). Of course they didn't have 2 or 3 in stock either. My wife went to customer service to see if she could still get the $9.99 price because they were out of the other 2. They were about to until a manager showed up to say "no".

CC can go out of business for all I care. That way I won't keep going there just to NOT get a deal. I'm such a "devil"

You're mad because you didn't get a dvd at the price it was supposed to be?

Rang up for $19.99 in my store (Ft. Lauderdale). But I showed Customer Service the sign that was attached below it that clearly states $9.99 and they gave it to me.

The sign makes no mention of having to purchas pt II & III so good luck to everyone.

Thanks OP!

Actually the weekly ad says "$9.99 after combined purchase savings". They didn't have any signs up in the store for $9.99, and it rang up for $19.99.

So I'm disappointed I couldn't get in on another CC "misprice", but also frustrated that I couldn't even get in on "combined purchase" because it was out of stock.

Fair enough, it was a no go for me here too. They had both, but the manager caught on to what was going on and shot it down.
